This recipe tastes just like the famous Thai Mango Sticky Rice. It’s so easy yet so good!
- oats (steal cut or instant)
- coconut milk
- In a small to medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of coconut milk to a boil.
- Add 1 cup of steel cut oats and let it simmer for 15-30 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, add the oats, chopped mangoes and drizzle with coconut milk and honey.
